Mr. Roussos is a native of Norfolk and has been practicing Business and Bankruptcy law since 1981. He has helped numerous businesses reorganize in Chapter 11 and well as doing financial workouts outside of bankruptcy. He also specializes in dealing with the collection divisions of the IRS and the Virginia Department of Taxation. He has successfully argued appeals in the Virginia Supreme Court and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
